Ever since I started taking birth control pills, I have experienced all the negative side effects (depression, anxiety, mood swings, bloating, etc). My mood swings have started affecting my relationships with others as well as my personal life, so I decided it was time to do something. I had read online that Shatavari tea is THE TEA for women and helps balance our hormones. Though initially skeptical, this tea was a GAME CHANGER for me! I take this tea a couple times a week and have noticed a dramatic difference in my life. I no longer suffer from frequent mood swings or my regular PMS symptoms. Also, I absolutely love the elegant flavor because it makes me feel even more feminine. I highly recommend taking this product if you want to see a positive change as well.

At first it was off tasting. I am more of a Green or black tea drinker. Cutting back on caffeine and unable to purchase normal tea during the beginning of pandemic I decided to go with this. I drink it twice a day sometimes 3. It has been a few months since drinking and I honestly haven't noticed any changes with less cramps or anything. But It is a very smooth mellow fragrance taste.Update: December 6th 2020So its been a while now. I have noticed with drinking this a week or even a few days before my monthly friend 🙃 arrives and during, it has definitely helped lighten up my heavy flows, some cramps but not as bad as it used to be. I actually like the taste now it just some time to get use to.

So delicious. I loved this tea. I got it for the shatavari which is supposed to be great for menstrual health. However, after one month of drinking it, my period came five days early and hit hard. (No need for TMI, you can imagine.) After googling about the different ingredients, I discovered that hormone sensitive conditions, and uterine fibroids are contraindications for licorice, the third ingredient. So, I must abstain, and recommend others with uterine fibroids to avoid this otherwise delightful tea.I give it three stars for the delicious taste and I love the company. It was my bad that I took it at all.Learn from me, if you are sensitive, Google all the ingredients before drinking the tea!
