My daughter loves her new bike! I will say it took me about 16 hours to get the bike finished. When you do the chain after you get the link on you can move the pedals forward and the chain link will engage. The derailer is on the bottom. I think the hardest part was the chain seat and brakes make sure after you get the brakes on to keep the little plastic piece that goes on the end of the handle bars cause you will need to screw those back in. I accidentally through mine away so I had to zip tie the brakes to the handle var to get the brakes to work. Hopefully that will help someone cause the instructions were not that good. I ended up watching a dozen different assembly videos to figure it out.

Instruction not bad if you are mechanically inclined, should have no problems the biggest issue was the derailer, putting together .over all nice bike ..

I think the big time big box stores are missing the boat with not trying to stock at least one of these on their floor. I originally bought a three wheel bike for my stepson that has Down’s Syndrome and wanted to be a part of the family when it came to bike riding but couldn’t ride a two wheel bike. Now my wife has aged and balance is sometimes an issue and this was the answer for her to still be able to ride. Big time stores don’t cater to us minorities so I would recommend this bike with all I can because it has changed my wife’s outlook on the recreation she has enjoyed all of her life. Try this bike if it is at all needed for whatever reason and skip the big timers that don’t have room on their floor for us. The directions are very good and have great pictures also and have a time line that is pretty accurate for time to assemble.

Ithink this is possibly the cheapest bike ever made. It was very difficult to put together and it was only after we put it together that we realized the frame was bent. If you can get on it and peddle, it doesn't ride straight, the handle bars and seat somehow come loose as you try and peddle it. I have never been so scared to ride a bike in my life. The seat was horribly uncomfortable and pushed you forward instead of giving you comfort and back support. We couldn't return it as we paid someone to try and strengthen it and make it easier to ride. A total waste of $300. We can't even give it away as everyone that tries to ride it has the same problems.

I purchased this bicycle for my sister who has a debilitating care of Rheumatoid Arthritis. She has not been able to ride a bicycle for over 30 years. She is 67 and has been afflicted with RA for the past 25 years. After having both knees replaced this year I purchased this bicycle to surprise her. Assembling the bicycle was challenging but I managed. After assembling it, I presented it to her and she began crying. Of course, the true measure of the present would be if she would be able to ride it. She was able to ride it up and down the street a few times and was over comed with emotion. There are many bike paths here in San Antonio so I plan to load my bike and hers and go exploring.

I bought this for my father just over a year ago but after about 3 falls off of a curb, he needed a new one. This trike is not for big / heavy riders and is not robust in any way... but it works and works well. My father abuses this trike so it lasting as long as it did says a lot. Worth the price but again, you get what you pay for.

Tough to build but worth it

This was delivered in one box and we'll packages but it's weight offered some disappintment. All parts arrived with the box but found minor parts damaged during shipment. Contacted the company whom shipped the parts (and extras) in a timely manner. No phone number offered but contacted through Amazon worked fineDirections were pictured and easy to read but in some cases were hard to follow. Overall, I'd say assembly directions was a B+. The following are issues I encountered:After I put the bike together, I gave it to my mother in law whom cakes me a week later to tell me it was not working. I assembled the rear axle correctly. In troubleshooting this error, the front brake completely came apart where I had to purchase all new one and reassembled the rear axle to work properly.The last issue I ran into was the derailer which adjusts the gear of the bike. After much time adjusting it, I could not get 1st gear to work correctly. As it will most likely be er be used, I did not worry a lot about this issue.For the price of the bike and the effort in assembly & part issues, I'd say that this investment would be rated as a C overall. The trike is stable and comfortable to ride but the above issues with parts & assembly make it a less than desirable purchase.
