Saves you from trips to the home center. Good to have these on hand for various projects. Although a bit tedious, I found it helpful to go through and label every compartment with a sharpie on the outside clear cover. Otherwise it’s a bit of a nightmare trying to figure out what’s what every time we need to plan something. Worth the investment and time upfront.

This is a great assortment of DIY grade fasteners. These are not Grade 8 bolts for sure, but in most DIY situations, they will suffice.Better than running to Home Cheepo every tine you need a washer, etc.If you need a corrosion resistant fastener, you can use these until you get one, these will corrode quickly.The variety is good, and the quantities are good too. The containers are great!No more used medication bottles to shift through. no more jelly jars to empty out and search through!The 4 boxes even slide and lock together to assure when you get to that needed repair, that you will most likely have the needed hardware.Cheap stuff, but very handy. Not a long term solution in some cases, but will be fine for mant low durability ones. Get some Red Loctight, and you will get better milageSummary--- This purchase will fit many low stress situation. Recognize their limitationd going in. Overall a good purchase.

I am SO pleased with the assortment of these hardware parts. Love the individual part bins. Great variety. The three interlocking bins are brilliant. The only improvement I would suggest is for Jackson Palmer to add labels to each of the bins. They do provide a wonderful grid for the parts in all three containers. I copied it, cut the descriptions, and added to the bins and top of container as well.When I am in the middle of a project, I don’t want to waste time searching for the description grid. After labeling, parts are clearly identified and my project moves along quickly !I highly recommend this great set of parts.

I’m very glad I got this set, and would certainly recommend it. This is a nice selection of quality hardware, especially for the price. Very handy to have around for repairs and projects. The bins are fairly full, but there’s room to add things if you need them – lock washers for instance, or hardware you already have laying around in other containers.Some negative reviewers complained the hardware sizes weren’t labeled on the lid. I considered this a plus. The cases are completely customizable, so you can reorganize or sort as desired. If you’re unfamiliar with hardware, there is a list in each case telling exactly what is in each section as shipped. If you know the difference between a 10-32 and a ¼-20, it’s not an issue.I purchased one additional empty case for other hardware that I use. The plastic cases are very sturdy, easy to take to a project site or just keep in the garage. As pictured, the cases latch together – great if you’re taking several somewhere, but a little awkward to use that way. Some reviewers have reported quality issues with the cases, I have not had any problems. Mine close and latch perfectly every time, and if you follow instructions they interlock and stay together with no difficulty.I’d say I would buy this again, but I think the cases will last a long while and will likely not need replacing. And of course if you use up a particular item, there are plenty more to replenish the collection at your local hardware store.
