It doesn't take up space.
Very handy to put such things as a tablet along with your coffee or soda. It works great for storage instead of things falling down between seats.

Not much room in the front of our new car, so they have helped a lot, phones, dark glasses, etc. Work well. Good quality.

Seatside storage
Seat side storage:It’s ok; simply provides an additional place to sit a disposable water bottle and wallet or sunglasses. Especially if factory cup holders are used for car phone placement. Found it to be a bit tight on drivers side making access to seatbelt difficult. Otherwise it does what it is designed to do.

Good looking
The items appear to be leather and my husband replaced a set that was PVC and tore quite easily. These fit well and are not rigid.

These look ok. These fit ok. But move. And anytime you change seat position these go to. They put a wall up between you and the brake or shifter. Just awful battle to use everyday

If you need more space up front for your spectacles(glasses) and other reachables, you can use these. Also gives more room for drinks and business cards. Keeps items from falling between the seats due to extra room
