This kale powder is very good. The reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it doesn't disolve in liquid as easily as a different brand that I tried first. It is also very finely ground which makes it more difficult to clean up after using it. However, it is a good source of the nutrients derived from kale.

I have to realize too much of anything isn't always best. I try to stay within the teaspoon amount, and usually put it in my matcha. Love the taste, easy to reseal, and a good amount for the price. Trying to get nutrition from food, and supplements after. Good product. I don't have room in the refrigerator for fresh vegetables where I'm living right now, so this works.

This kale powder does not ship as organic at all. In the title it says Natural, instead of Organic. There is no label of organic anywhere, different than advertised. Also the production date is 1 year ago
