Natural cough suppressant
Natural cough suppressant and cough medicine. Has. A pleasant taste and doesn’t irritate or cause drowsiness since there isn’t any alcohol in this medicine.

All natural, will not remove phlegm but will provide soothing comfort.
This syrup is a good all-natural potion that soothes and brings added comfort when suffering from cold and flu.The flavor is not terrible, rather an average hearty mix of natural ingredients.Unfortunately, the syrup does not loosen or remove phlegm, but on the other side it does provide a natural alternative to soothe other symptoms.

Whole Foods Market 365, Bronchial Syrup, 4 fl oz
Didn't notice much effect and there is none stated... so I guess it does what it says. This didn't reduce coughing, mucous in my lungs or the tight feeling when breathing that I hoped it would. The flavor is natural/ herbal but has a strong celery seed like taste to me and a warming in the chest feeling like after taking a shot of alcohol would. The recommended dosage is 1/2 tsp every 2-4 hours (just swigged it at about a teaspoon since it was working well when I measured) and I almost finished the bottle before going back to 'tussin.Interesting side effect is that the flavor kills any mouth funk smell/taste like garlic and onions better than anything else I've tried. It neutralized the lingering taste basically immediately. This didn't do what I wanted it to do, and I honestly still have no clue what it's supposed to do, it only says "promote bronchial health".

Gives Good Relief
I've used this syrup in combination with other remedies and found it to enhance, and be helpful in addressing symptoms. I appreciate that it is carried by a major retailer. The honey flavor, and content, makes it a soothing mix of natural remedies, but of course, not medical advice, you just have to try it with your other solutions.

Tastes better than I thought it would
I was surprised at how much I actually liked using this. It has a similar effect to drinking a nice hot cup of tea, but it only takes a small amount as opposed to a whole cup. The flavor is reminiscent of honey and herbs, which I don’t mind and the bottle is pretty big, so this should last me for quite a while. I like how it makes my throat feel after drinking it so I could see myself using this as needed.

Easy to swallow
A dietary supplement that provides a balanced herbal blend. I really can taste the honey and it truly soothes while feeling ill. 4 ounce bottle that recommended 1/2 teaspoon every 2 to 4 hours. Just be sure to shake before taking. With cold season upon us, this product is convenient to have on hand.

Not the Bronchial Syrup from Vitality Works
I was looking for the private label Bronchial Syrup from Vitality Works that has Osha Root and other herbs in addition to ginger and wild Indian cherry bark. This was not it, so it does not have the immunity capabilities of the other. This is an alternative for low key bronchial issues. They need to have picture of the ingredients panel so folka know the difference.
