Saved my bacon
Silly part that was desperately needed. The old barely came out. Removing this is the only way to properly burp a chevy cruze. Never over tighten the heat will literally seal it in. Why plastic into a hot radiator

Typical sub standard GM part
Exact OE replacement. It was a piece of junk and that is why I had to replace it because it broke coming out. GM should have re-engineered this piece of crap ages ago. A drain plug is a pretty simple thing. Way over priced for a cheap part that has been in production for so long and probably costs 20 cents to build.

Works OK but DON'T OVER TIGHTEN!
Bought to replace original radiator plug on 2014 Cruze that was stuck and couldn't get out because of the wimpy nhylon hex head that is weaken further by the screwdriver grooves. Finally heated up a big flat blade screwdriver with propane torch and plunged it into the body of the plug. Melted a slot about 1/2" deep in the old plug which allowed me to back the old plug out with the flat blade screwdriver after it cooled. Almost tightened new plug too much. Had me sweating before it finally got it loose. Since it has o-ring, I guess just barely snug it in.
