The product was good. It would be nice to have a scraper on the top of handle. Or a sponge to scrub mzrks

Sadly... an incomplete product was recieved by us. When we unpacked and started assembling both the broom stick and dustpan stick... one segment was short / missing. Either broomstick can be assembled to full length or the dustpan stick... due to that missing link. Got soo much disappointed, as we were eagerly waiting for the experience of that moping system with the dust collector. Product quality was good, as expected, but is not at all usable. We contacted the customer care, and they said they will help us out.. but we have to wait for a certain amount of time. So, we are hopeful of getting it replaced.... as we trust Amazon soo much.... that they do more than what they say in satisfying their customers.

Poor quality, unable to attach the pieces together. Missing parts. The handle does not stick to the broom area.

The plastic blade on the dust pan easily goes off. The bristles of the brush is hard and feels like metallic. Poor cleaning. Then handles at the top end also loose.

Bonito durable y fácil de armar si esta grueso el recogedor y la escoba es ligera perfecta para barrer dentro de la casa

Si eres una persona alta, esto no es para ti, funciona bien si, pero es muy corto el palo y es algo incomodo. La escoba es bastante pequeña asi que si no tienes paciencia te puede salir mal

Malo para barrer no es nada ancha... Igual puede que te sirva para barrer lugares muy angostos, pero honestamente el puro recogedor es muy pequeño y no sirve para separar el cabello...

La escoba no es muy funcional. Puede servir para limpiezas superficiales.

So after looking at my Sam's club, Lowe's and Home Depot and not being able to find a single industrial style broom and dust pan with handle. I checked Amazon and all the reviews. This is absolutely the best. With the teeth on the pan to clean the broom is helpful. The all metal handles are a must. The broom itself if ever needed a replacement would be easy as well
