When my mattress failed, after less than a year, at the upper reinforced corner, I had water on the floor - never a good sign. After removing the mattress I found that both of the liner's upper corners looked shredded or chewed, and the spare liner was its twin, rendered thereby distrust-worthy. I concluded that the manufacturers had found a 'good' way to dumb-down the trusty waterbed liner. This is no longer something I can stock in advance, following a variation of the Katharine Hepburn school of dressing, (paraphrased): 'Find something you like to wear and buy 12 of them,'. Also, the side where I got in and left the bed had immediately collapsed and rolled, causing me annoying fiddling every time I adjusted the quilts, which are enormously easier to tuck-in and maintain than those useless, feh waterbed sheet sets. Time for me to use a search engine.Amazon turned out to have a liner that resembled the traditional one, which had been replaced by that failed cheaply-constructed-but-obviously-vastly-overpriced Insolent Impostor. The price for the InnoMax Pro Max Heavy Duty Stand-Up Waterbed Safety Liner, Super Single was less than twice the price of the Insolent Impostor, but that included shipping and promised delivery within less than a week, so I bit and the race was on! It arrived on time in a sort of peculiar hybrid of two cardboard boxes, in perfect condition. If I hadn't wanted my water\bed back in operation, I certainly could have sat and admired its wondrously-functional beauty, its geometrically perfect fit, and its stalwart unwillingness to slip, twist, or bend. This is the liner that promises justified confidence in its dependability, almost moving the previous experience into the realm of bad dreams (but nothing quite).

GREAT product, easy to install and very durable.
I'm only 2-3 months into using this waterbed liner, but I was very happy with how durable it felt when I set up the bed.It feels very sturdy, and it doesn't squish around inside the waterbed frame, so five stars from me!
