Why did you choose this product over others?:Very satisfied with this cross trainer. It’s a good quality and sturdy piece of kit. Took just over an hour to assemble. Lots of component parts. Easy to follow online tutorial on YouTube, definitely helped to simplify the build. The magnetic resistance is smooth and LCD screen easy to set up. Delivery was super quick too. Highly recommend

Been using this cross trainer for a few weeks now absolutely love doing my workout on it got this to help with my weight loss program & it's definitely doing its job. For the price it's great the functionality is smooth & easy to operate. It's easy to put together too.I'm not a gym bunny so getting this to help me get fitter is perfect as I do shift work so I look forward to doing workouts before & after work 👍

It’s highly likely the box had spent most of its journey upside down to which the hardware pack and polystyrene spacers had been damaged and the items ended up being scattered within the box. Fortunately no items were missing. I would suggest the manufacturer put “this way up” on the box. That said, assembly was pretty easy with clear instructions although I believe you might need two people when it comes to attaching the settings cable.In use, the equipment feels very robust and I have really enjoyed the workouts I’ve done so far

I had a stent inserted a couple of months ago so joined the Cardiac rehab class that they recommended. Well one of the exercise machines that was there was a cross trainer. So thought I’d better get one for myself and keep up the good work. And I love it I worked up gradually and do it daily even look forward to it. I close my eyes and drift away and before I know it I’m at 15 minutes. I’m going to aim for 30 minutes a day.Excellent buy. Easy to put together and fits at the bottom of my bed. Im in my late seventies so my daughter helped to tighten the screws, just to make sure.

I'm very pleased with this cross trainer. It's a neat and compact design which doesn't dominate the room. It took one person (with average DIY skills) about one and half hours to put it all together. It was a relatively straightforward process, all the parts were clearly packed and labelled and there were no problems. It's quite easy to move around too. It's on a yoga mat to give a little more stability as it's not on a solid surface - it's on carpet and floorboards so I experience a tiny bit of wobble but nothing to complain about. The delivery was very prompt and the courier was good as it arrived 3 days before the estimated date. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am returning the product as it cannot be assembled. We've spent a lot of time and effort trying to complete step 7, but the left pedal hinge bolt cannot be attached to the rear weldment of the left swing arm.Also, when returning, they want you to drop it off at the Post Office, but Post Office does not accept items above 30kg and the parcel weight is 32.3kg, so we are foced to pay £65 for the courier. Even when we do receive the refund, we will have spent £65 on the product that is not fit for sale.We are very disappointed and regret buying it.Think carefully before you purchase it.

Yes, it requires a bit of time to assemble and you need to read the instructions if you don’t want to make the same mistake as the person who left a one star rating because they did not read the part that says the thread is reversed on one of the pedals. Just like a bicycle.Even on the lowest setting it still gives you a good work out, the display gives you loads of options, the machine is pretty solid and I could not be happier at this price!!!

The display screen is very light and plasticky, that could be much better. Overall though this is good enough for semi-frequent home use. It does rock a little, but that could be carpet related.
