I bought it one month ago, and now it's still working very good and without any problems. Setup was easy and fast, upgrades are possible since it's dual slot, come with one 16gb ram and one empty slot, if something changes I will update my review, but I really doubt it, considering how well it's performing.

For a $400ish refurbished laptop, it’s actually really good. Fast, simple, reliable. I like it a lot. I only have 2 issues with it (maybe 3)First, the bloatware. Too much garbage apps pre-installed. I should knock down a star just for that, but I know it’s not the sellers fault, it’s Acer.Second, the mousepad. It feels weird to use and the dpi is really low. The cursor seemingly has a mind of its own. Very bad mousepad, I recommend using a small wireless/portable mouse with this laptop.Finally, the location of the vents. Why is there one in the front pointing toward the screen? Very baffling design. Unless that’s an intake vent, but even then it’s still confusing. Just an overall odd design choice.But other than those 3 things, the laptop is quite good. The Ryzen 7, 8-core, 4ghz speed is really nice on a budget laptop like this, perfect for work. Just what I needed. Might buy another one actually.

This laptop is a nice machine. I was able to install Linux (Arch Linux) on it right away without any issues, and everything works as expected. I’ve added all my tools, and it handles them perfectly. The battery life is good—I’ve used it for several hours without needing to recharge. Overall, it’s a reliable and powerful laptop that’s been a great addition to my setup.

I tried 2 of these, first one wouldn't get on wi-fi, the replacement wouldn't even turn on. These are total junk.I have to revise the above review, true, this one wouldn't turn on but the problem with the previousone appears to have been with Windows and not the computer. Someone else mentioned that he thought the product was reconditioned but sold as new, I suspect that too.

With this, you pay for what you get. Honestly, it does the simpler things well. Heck, you can even run some older triple-A games on it (circa 2016: Civilization VI, Fallout 4, Metal Gear Solid 5, etc). But the screen is awful. You need to have it angled perfectly to see the screen perfectly. If it's a wee bit too forward or back, the quality goes south FAST! In fact, that's why it's a 3-Star from me.By the way, there are two SSD bays, and it accepts NVME M.2, so you'll never have any storage issues. You can also add RAM to it, but it accepts only DDR4.

Got this laptop and upgraded added more storage pretty simply. There is an extra ssd spot and the ram is easy to access too
