We used to feed our dog "Royal Canin Mini Adult" and she's now 17 years old, we changed her onto the "next stage" which is the Adult +8. We don't give her just dry food, we mix it in with some wet food.

Missing promotional product that was there with this packet.
This product is a really good one. My pooch loves it. The only problem that I faced was with respect to the promotional offer (feeding bowl) which was missing in the parcel. The packet mentioned that there was a promotional offer but I never received it. I did bring it before Amazon customer care and they told me that the seller would call. Unfortunately, I never received any call.

Foulty product
I was purchased Royal canin pug 3 kg and using till date . today I found insect ( worms) in the bag expiry date was 25/08/2026 . I am using this product from last 10 years but this type of incident happened first time. I shocked seeing the worms in the bag. What can I do please guide
