excellent tab..my heartburn's are soothing...i had almost stopped eating fried and baked items. but this one just after a meal once or twice a day. helps in metabolism and improves gut health..thanks

I have digestive issues. After lot of search i decided to try this. Using this suppliment for months, but have not felt any positive effect. I don't think so if it works. Can't recommend.I used it to make curd but failed.( However i dont know if probiotics suppliments are able to make curd. )All i can say it did't work for me. You should think of other brand.P. S - just dont expect from any probiotic suppliment to get things work out. Eat healthy foods and live a healthy life style then add any suppliment for support.

This is great for a condition called IBS. The rec.dosage is 3 capsules a day (I take 2 in the morning and 1 at night). It keeps the stomach feeling light and healthy, and I have noticed improved digestion. My severe reflux is also very low since I've been taking these, although I'm not sure the capsules are the only reason. The good bacteria in these capsules are slowly working their magic though!

my review after one month of taking this probiotic my stomach bloating and heartburn gone always my stomach used be bloated after eating a meal,now it gone after taking this probiotic now my stomach is in normal shape i went to many doctors regarding this problem of bloating gas and constipation but no cure form doctors and i did some research in internet and youtube got this zenith probiotic, now after breakfast i take three capsule and in lunch a multivitamin and in night Bcomplex.

I have IBS and I am lactose intolerant. I took these pills regularly for two weeks, before I lost my bottle. Re-ordering it now. I actually felt lighter and more digestive-stable from the third day. Also, during flu season and amongst a hospital full of germs and viruses, I was amazed that I didn't fall sick even once, which does not happen with me. I think they really work. They should, anyway, as scientifically all we need to build immune systems is good bacteria and this provides about 7-8 million of those.
