Quantity
300g the package says. The paste is quarter bottle...320g actually with the weight of the glass bottle....disappointed. The Aka Miso seems a few teaspoons more than the Shiro Miso.

This is worth your money
Never wrote a review for any product but damn this is too good. I have never tasted miso before but this one is really good specially on a cold winter night.

Brown colored SALT paste.
Is this some sick joke from Urban Platter? There’s enough salt in this Miso to severely injure a kidney patient or admit a BP patient into an ICU, as salty as a saturated salt solution! I read one review stating that its too salty, I brushed it as a one-off issue since I had previously bought Miso from Urban Platter several years ago and it was good then. But now even their nutrition label states 5100mg (5.1g) sodium, thats 13g salt in 100g of Miso, thats 13% salt! AND I ASSURE YOU IT TASTES LIKE ITS WAY MORE SALT THAN EVEN THAT MUCH CAUSE I THINK THERES ACTUALLY WAY MORE SALT IN IT THAN WHAT THE LABEL CLAIMS. Seriously Urban Platter?!!

Very Good
I lived in Japan and Singapore and developed the habit of warm misho soup before or end of the day. This Misho is closest we can get in India .
