It's a good probiotic. It helps a lot with your system, making you feel less heavy. It's helped my mom and me a lot, and the best part is that it's also helped us lose weight, and it doesn't have a strong taste or smell. It's very practical and easy to prepare. I personally drink a bottle of water in the morning and add my probiotic packet.

If I use this twice a day it really helps with my bloating. I can mix it in anything, food or drink. Once a day has some success but not enough for me.

I've had GERD since I was 12 and IBS since I was 19, I'm 31 now. I suffered for YEARS with crippling symptoms from both. This product has made a tremendous difference for them. I have only been taking this for a couple weeks not but I noticed a huge change in my gastro issues within the first week. However, the BIGGEST thing I've noticed is the change in my cravings. I haven't had ANY cravings. I am a mother of two kiddos under 5 so wine has been my vice for years. I craved it by the end of the work day after picking the kids up from daycare. I would drink a glass just for the taste (same with beer). However, I haven't had the craving for it at all since the first week of taking this. I'm telling you, this is worth the money.As far as taste/texture, there is none. I mix it in my glass of water first thing in the morning and it dissolves immediately. Flavorless and helps my gut health. These are apart of my daily routine now, i just pour them in my morning coffee. Highly recommend for those who want a tastelss probiotic.

Not a fan of these. I mainly got it because I can bloated easily and wanted something for that. It doesn't have a taste to it when you add it to water. You can't taste it at all. Doesn't mix all that well with cold water. It didn't really help with the bloating and it made me go to the bathroom multiple times a day! I like how small the packet is, you can take it with you anywhere. The price is great but didn't do anything to help with my bloating.

I absolutely love this product. I have been using it for months and I am on a monthly subscription. I love that there is absolutely no taste. I honestly feel like it makes my water “crispier”!! I definitely feel the difference in my gut and hormones because my cycle is complete clock work now that I’ve been consistent with 1 packet a day!
