Ab stimulator
The belt says one size fits all and it doesn't fit. It is a poor quality. I would not recommend this or buy again. I tried to use it on my husband. He said it was very uncomfortable and it is painful.

As advertised
I've used this daily for 2 weeks now. It can be a bit painful (in a good way) -then I know its working. Start at the lower levels and work your way up. This is a good supplement to my workout routine.

quality product wish had better instructions
Quality product, wish it had instructions that told you more about settings & placement of pads on the arms. I watched the videos, one person put on forearms so assuming that is another workout besides upper arm. I'm small but there is no way these would fit my legs as pictured ....really just arms & abs.

The thing started shocking me after a month. It's not worth it. It's awesome at 1st then it fails. Don't buy!

Painful
Not sure how to feel about this. Its not like a pulsing sensation, which is what I wanted. Its more like an electric shock located in one spot. It becomes painful and can only use for a few minutes. Not sure if it's just this product or if my one is faulty. Too painful on the skin doesn't actually work the muscles.

Powerful
I've only been using this for about a week and I can feel the difference already.its built really well and fits very comfortable the battery life is great and its easy to assemble.inwillnbebusingbitbeverybday from now on and I will keep track of my progress. I e used it in my back and it's helping with my back pains too.

It works great
The media could not be loaded. Love the product but the small ones for arm/ thigh are to small to wrap around the thigh if not for this i would have gave the product 5 stars.
