White and hard like grain fed tallow
I was le to believe grass fed tallow should be yellow in colour due to the presence of beta carotene and that white tallow is generally from gran fed cows.That yellow tallow is generally soft and white tallow hard.This is literally as white as can be and very hard so I'm a bit confused.
