This supplement was a good purchase because of its quality and I liked it because of it is easy to swallow due to its small size ...it is not huge like other brands .very well packaged. Giving 4 stars cause I just started using this and don't know about the results yet.

Quality is not bad, but cannot be compared to other international brands like Solgar's Zinc picolonate. May be zinc gloconate is less effective. I am not sure.

I had my doubts when I placed the order because usually I buy zinc from NOW foods but due to the lockdown they couldn't deliver so I tried Zenith instead. I was pleasantly surprised, it works a lot better than I thought it would. It helps the resistance power of the body for sure. One tablet after a meal works best. I took a picture so that people would know it's a real review and not paid fake review.

It's an absolute 'must have' to restore the balance internally.

I was reading reviews of these capsules after a year later of buying them and using them for a while, only to read a review from someone mentioning that these are 30 mg capsules, not 12 mg as advertised.And he's right.I just double-checked, I purchased 12 mg, and the capsules on bottle mention 30 mg. So you're taking more dosage than you were expecting, this is incredibly dangerous.
