Save some bucks and works perfectly
Fix my laptop , old battery can't hold any charge, use this replacement and was fix it

Battery worked fine. Computer case no longer swollen.
Worked fine. Old battery had swollen causing computer's case to swell and touch pad to partially separate. To my surprise the case went back to proper shape with the new battery. However, I continue to have an issue which I had hoped the new battery would solve. Sometimes, the computer fails to recognize when a charger is plugged in. If you don't notice, the battery runs out of power and it can be a challenge to get computer to boot again and start charging. Its not a charger problem since I have tried another charger. Same issue.

Arrived with a bloated cell which made it impossible to fit into the laptop

Does not worth the money
It worked for 2 months and now just does not turn the computer on. Put the old battery back . The battery completely bricks the computer, it worked fine for 2 months and then wouldn't work at all. None of the troubleshooting helped

Fine, wish it came with a new connector
As described. No issues with delivery. However, it does not come with the actual connector so do not through the old battery away without disconnecting the connector!

Should have bought this sooner!
I received the battery the next day and installed it immediately. I have been very pleased with the battery's performance; my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner as my old battery was definitely in need of replacement! Tests on my Dell XPS 15 9500 show that I now get over 8 hours of video play on a single charge; the old battery could barely muster 1.5 hours. Great product, reasonably easy to install!

Works Great
Battery fit fine in Alienware M17R3. It charged fine and arrived pretty empty so be sure to charge first. Took a couple of charge cycles for the machine to update the battery correctly but once this is done it seems to be operating normally. Tool kit is a bit cheap but did the trick. I didn’t feel like getting out my nice set for 5 screws. Worth the money for a functional computer

Holding up nicely
I've had this battery for over a month now and it is holding up nicely. As others have pointed out, this battery does not come with a connector cable needed to connect the battery to your computer, so be sure to not throw away your old battery before putting this one in as you'll need that cable.
