Large Capacity and Good Steam Flow
Not good to carry by handle but all else seems extremely good. Best price I could find and works well. I would buy again.

Uncomfortable to hold and use
Not good to hold the cord rubs against your wrist making it uncomfortable must be a design fault I’ve always used Tefal and this is very different from previous steam generators

Dodgy steam iron
The media could not be loaded. Just sending it back after 1st use steam functions not working properly,steam not responsive it's delayed so to me can be hazardess . Put it down and steam came out high pressure without trigger being pushed which in my opinion is hazardess if a child was passing . Sending it back for repair or refund . Can't understand why they would offer to fix it after once used.
