I was looking for a chair and I saw that this was on sale. After checking out some of the reviews for this chair, many of the reviews seemed fairly positive. However, i was still on the fence because there seemed to be much fewer reviews for this product compared to other highly rated chairs. Nonetheless, I made the jump and opted to purchase this chair; and thankfully I did.This chair has been absolutely wonderful. It feels very sturdy and while the cushioning is much more firm than many other chairs I've tried, I actually liked the firmness. While I was able to assemble this alone, it would be much easier to assemble with 2 people. The only reason I mention this is because the base is kind of heavy, and will require you to maneuver it in an awkward position to complete the assembly.The only other thing I would've absolutely loved, that I think would've made this product better was if they added 4D armrest. Other than that, I love this chair!

good padding underneath. I'm 6’4 225 and the chair works well for me. my last office chair also had the netting for the back, but after periodic use over 4 years it stretched and the support bar at mid-back area started digging into me. this chair design has supports top and bottom of the back rest. Whenever the back does start to stretch, the use-ability and comfort should still stay a while.

I was hesitant to buy this product. But it so so comfy and various adjustable made the best decision I made in 2 years.

This chair is great, took me about 20min to assemble. I was really happy there were extra screws in the packaging just in case. All of the adjustments are very smooth. the seat is very thick and comfortable. I bought a set of the rollerblade wheels which make rolling around really smooth and quiet. 100% would buy this again. Hopefully this lasts at least a few years of 50+ hour work weeks.

I had a small issue with the chair and they’ve fixed it right away. The product has a great quality. Highly recommended.

Arm rest broke within a day of use. Buy if you like cheap things.

Added two stars back for their improved customer service!I took a gamble on purchasing a chair based on the Seller's description and reviews. Let this be a lesson!I am 6 '3' and ~280lbs. As such, I look for chairs that discuss the height and weight of the user. Purchasing a chair that is rated for 300lbs isn't a good idea due to my size - I don't like to be at the very top of the scale. This said, I purposely looked for chairs that discussed these things and settled on this one, based in part on the description of supporting folks 6 '4' and up to 400lbs.The chair arrived on time and appeared to be well packaged. Installation was fairly straight forward and took about 20 minutes. The manual clearly states that the weight limit is 300lbs, and a recommended weight of 260 if using it all day. Obviously a far cry from the 400lb weight limit that is plastered all over the item description.The seller had been responsive, but stated that while they tested up to 400lbs, the actual rating is for 300lbs based on whatever industry test they do. The discrepancy is glaring and I will reach out to Amazon to see what they think of the dishonest advertising/description of this product.If you are a larger person like me, you might choose to look elsewhere and reconfirm specs of products like this with the Seller. In my case, I had actually reached out to the seller to inquire about the return policy before purchasing, but they made no note of the description being false.Technically I can return it...but how do I do that once it is put together? Very disappointed both in the Seller and all the other glowing reviews. How did no one else notice they purchased a "big & tall" chair that doesn't do either of those things any better than less expensive items?
