Quality Customer Care Team
Purchased the set of three Simpure Y9 water filter replacements from Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon did not send the correct RO filter that was compatible with my water filter. I contacted Simpure customer care team, and they quickly resolved the issue with a few questions to ensure I was sent back the correct product. Simpure Customer care team cares about the quality of their product and their customers, they even called me to check and ensure the RO filter was correct.

Clean, and tasty water at affordable price! No more buying plastic bottles!
We are very happy with our Slim Pure water filter. It is extremely easy to use and refill, and we especially appreciate that it does not require under-sink installation. An under-sink system wouldn’t work for us since we have granite countertops and didn’t want to drill additional holes, so this was the perfect solution. The water tastes clean and fresh, with no chlorine smell or unpleasant aftertaste at all. You can really notice the difference in quality. While it does take a few minutes to fill up a bottle, that feels completely reasonable knowing the water is going through three different filters plus UV purification. The extra wait time is worth the peace of mind and excellent water quality. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a high-quality filtration system at affordable price, and without the hassle of permanent installation.

This was not right for my system
Wrong filter for my SimPure. The other 2 are great but I had to buy the ALK filter separately. I thought because they were bundled together they would be the right ones.

Leaked
Returned the entire system. Easy enough to put the filter in but leaked on first use.

Simpure Y9A System/Filter
The Y9 filtration system from Simpure is amazing. I use it every day for all my water needs. I No longer buy water bottles. Micro Plastics are removed and harmful contaminates are removed. Water taste great. I’ve been using the Y9A system for 9 months and I feel healthier and have more energy. I love the Alkaline cartridge, but also love the fact that you can switch that cartridge out for a TDS (total dissolved solids) filter if you don’t need or want the benefits of alkaline water. Both filters make the water amazingly clean, I prefer the alkaline water feature.
