Sturdy base and adjustable to perfect playing height.
While this is an awesome product and the price is really good, it does not come with the best mounting bracket wingnuts. You can find Gibraltar forged steel wingnuts for about $4 a pair on the web. Much easier on the fingers! Also, if your drums don't have the eared conga brackets, you need to purchase since this kit doesn't come with them. Recommended for the price and quality.

...like...fantastic price, fit my Toca SYNERGY congas without issue easy to adjust sturdy my 2nd Gibraltar stand both hold Toca congas wood&fiberglass style tunnels,big rubber feet to grip floor to stop any stand movement...i dont play gently...& the stand stays in place...dont be scared of this fine conga stand, well worthy of the fund$...digg~

Perfect for Stand Up play, too high to use while seated.
Received this today, and it's construction is solid as I've come to expect from Gilbraltar products. Common sense assembly is easy. However, please note this stand is NOT suitable for playing my congas in a seated position. At the lowest position, I still needed to stand up to play. For that reason I was able to return to Amazon for a full refund. Ordered conga drum rubber feet instead so I can play while seated.

Great Stands but Unrealistic Price
I have had several of these stands for my LP and Toca congas. These stands are very adjustable and relatively light in comparison to the LP stands. These stands are also very sturdy. I highly recommend them but the $191.00 price is over twice as much as you can buy them for. That price is unrealistic.

Tiene muy buen peso, aguanta cualquier tipo de conga, la altura considero que es normal, ahorra espacio y si viajas pues el peso está Perfecto para el avión, en mi punto de vista, no le pide nada a la LP ( sin ruedas ) y su costo es menor.
