The media could not be loaded. After a short time consistently taking these, I can say they help but not the miracle they're made out to be. I notice my focus and ability to handle stress are improved. My sleep quality hasn't changed. They're tasteless in my opinion. They're easy to swallow but if you have trouble swallowing pills, these are on the larger side.

After about a month of taking these, I can definitely see an improvement, it's not huge, but it's big enough to notice, I fall asleep easier and actually STAY asleep, vs waking up often like id normally do, I also can focus for longer and have more patience for stress, I have a better reaction time when problems pop up and my ability to actually handle stress and anxiety has improved, there is also a decent amount in this bottle so I don't need to buy them frequently, it's flavorless and easy to swallow, but you definitely have to give it time to see the effects

Totaria seems to be a great supplement brand with effective ingredients. There are multiple herbs and ingredients so make sure you check the label for any interactions with what you're already taking.

Has almost taken the whole bottle and it completely did nothing. It was a total waste of money, did nothing for energy, gained almost 10 pounds and did nothing for my hormonal issues. Definitely will not order these again!
