New to sourdough baking
As a newbie sourdough maker this is a great book with very clear instructions, pictures and lots of questions and answers. Read alongside Elaine’s fantastic and down to earth you tube tutorials and Instagram page. My starter is doing brilliantly using Elaine’s recommended Cotswold Flour. Highly recommended.
