Superb product. Got it delivered in 7 days. Customer support is awesome. For Those who are saying they experienced problem with installation thats truth . Bt company is covering huge area and has already covered many of locals towns and cities . In my case i got it installed next day. Technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He told that 2 people has to cover huge area for support nd services . In my locality , service center for purifier has just opened 7 days ago. But customer support was really great.Coming to the product review. I would say it is the best product and the only domestic purifier which gives hot water. U can get water at any temperature but remmber the tank has to be completely filled . Else function wont work . Lot of sensors are installed . So that coil does not burn . One has to hold the faucet upwards nd then has to press childlock button till u want hot water. Quality of water is superb . When u start machine everytime the ro will get cleaned and when tank reaches full again the ro will get cleaned and water will get flushed out with led symbols indicating same. This increases life of ro membrane and also the filters. Kent and other brands ro membrane has lesser life becoz in ao smith water will get into ro membrane from both top and bottom bt in other brands water enters only from top and when ro is half used the purifier has to undergo change in ro membrane.Coming to hot water option. This feature gives u water temperature ranging from 45 to 80 . The led indicates present temperature . Once we press hot button the led shows 45 degree temperature with three beeps and the coil starts heating up till 45 and then stops with a beep . If one needs 50 degree . Then hot button has to pressed for 3 secs and the led will show 80 degree . WaIt for tempersture to reach 50 once it reaches then press hot button again . It will stop nd give u 50 degree hot water. Amazing na.Now coming to drawback .Although i dont feel any serious drawback but yes i faced small problem while lifting faucet upwards as few drops of water touches faucet when we raise it nd also when we lowers it .Still if u r raise it quickly u wont face this to happen and now iam ok with it.Secondly water bottle size of 1 liter may not fit . Additional pipe is reqd. But again iam ok with it . As z8 gives water even when there is no power. So its better than z9 where power is needed to dispense water.Installtion is also not a difficult task . Company gives everythng .only Mineral candle has to be fitted inside and the rest is already fitted . Nothing else needs to be done . Bottom of purifer has 3 valve reject , overflow and input . Prefilter has to be fitted outside.Hope my reviews will help you .

Great product with very useful features like instant hot water and ambient lighting. The installation process is also very smooth and professional

The product is good in terms of water taste, functionality, looks and components material quality. AMC is reasonable compared to other models in the market. But the offer of 4 years AMC came as a surprise after purchasing. This would have avoided by informing upfront. Another draw back I saw is the plastic dispenser tube for hot water. This would have been made of steel. Since it's a new machine, regarding the service I have no feedback as of now. Heating to 85 deg takes 3-4 minutes. The taste of water also slightly different.

Great features.Water tastes good. Supports both Hot and cold.Installation supports countertop and wallmount; ease of mounting on the wall.Hot water has a lock so that you avoid any accidents.Wastage of water is minimal.AOSmith's installation and service has been very very good too. You can count upon the quality of the product.

I will keep things crisp.1. Check amazon return policy before buying. Some products are only replaceable.2. Filter capacity of this product is 6000 Litres. (Divide per day use to calculate the life of the filter)3. AO Smith Feedback : This product is probably good but i do not know. I did not install this product. The installation team was very unprofessional. I wanted to install in my wash area as per my convenience. I wanted to use the product for skin care, watering my indoor plants, drinking and cooking. But the installation team refused to install stating this water is only for drinking purpose and i must install in kitchen. They also kept insisting that per day limit is only 15 litres. I have no clue how they will track per day usage. By paying a premium price for a water purifier i must be able to install and use as per my convenience. Installation team cannot dictate me on how and where to use when i will be paying for replacement of depleted filters. Later i figured out that their first year comprehensive warranty covers filters as well. so when excessively used they might have to replace the filter much in advance which they do not want to do. Hence this drama. But as a customer i did not deserve this treatment from AO Smith.4. After this, i spent some time extensively on researching water purifiers. And this is my inference. Branded Product : Premium price, smaller filters, smaller capacity, higher AMC. Only plus is some advanced tech like warning lights, compact and stylist body. Unbranded Product : You cannot expect professional after sales service (yet some could provide). But you can install filters with double the capacity, expect longer life time and minimal replacement costs. Just do some research.5. A purifier with good quality RO + UV + UF + Alkaline will give you best results. Minimum RO + UV is a must. Paying a premium for a brand is your call.

Good product , Water taste also good .It's support both cold and hot water.Instalation service also good and completed by same day .

It's easy to use and the installation was so smooth that I don't have to worry about my wall 😁😁.In instalation they give some information so that it helps us to know and fix the problem. Water quality is so fresh.
