Such a nice future set, looks great, comfortable and easy to put together. Use the washers that are supplied and you won't have any issues. Washers are there for a reason. Took around 45mins to build up and now we can comfortably chill out on the balcony in the evenings ect. Definitely worth the price for it

Really good quality furniture for the great price. Lovely cushions and pretty easy to assemble if you follow the instructions clearly. Comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. Will be buying another one to enlarge our seating space!

Since there were no online reviews, I was hesitant to place an order. Now I am so glad that I made the right choice. Really pleased with it, it’s well made, sturdy and looks lovely in my garden. Looked exactly as in pictures, and definitely worth every penny. Built it easily on my own. There was an extra pack of bolts and washers for backup. Speedy delivery - Ordered this set on Tuesday afternoon and was thrilled to have received it on Friday. The set is well protected. Glad I brought this, I would definitely recommend it.

This garden furniture set is very good value for money. Not too big, elegant. Easy to assemble and looks very sturdy and good quality. I was disappointed with the colour as I bought the grey set. Unfortunately the colour option is for the cushions, but the Seller refunded £5 for this inconvenience. Fair enough. Prompt delivery, great customer service. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst quality piece of garden furniture I have ever bought. It would hardly be suitable for toddlers let alone adults to sit on without it starting to break.

This garden furniture set is ok but..... Overall it looks decent enough once built but it wasn't that easy to assemble because some of the bolt holes are hard to reach & work on - even for someone with a good level of equipment as I have which includes a flexible shaft driver. They give you an Allen key but you'd be all day using that! I did not find the instructions difficult to follow but they should be read before you start & the components identified - & especially make sure you separate out the 30mm bolts from the 35mm ones! Every bolt needs a washer when going in. What I found poor. One of the welded cross members was completely broken - the welded joint had either not taken or had given. This needed repairing & again I had materials & tools to do it or Id have been stuck. I see another reviewer had exactly the same issue & had to repair the cross member. The left arm bolted onto the seat perfectly, the right one has a slight gap at the top. You can't tighten the bolts enough to close it as I hoped at first. It isn't noticeable with the cushions on but it's very poor for something costing nearly 200 quid. The seat cushions are thin - I've seen them nearly twice as thick in other sets. You can't tell that at first glance though as they're vacuum packed for shipping. So why didn't I just return it? Firstly because it's not just like returning a small item - there's real hassle involved - in my case made worse because the box it came in was partly open & had got wet between delivery & our getting home. Secondly because I suppose I can fix most things that can go wrong with it. Thirdly because notwithstanding she was disappointed with the cushions my wife likes the set & it fits well into the space we have for it. But I wouldn't buy it again & think you're probably well advised to buy one locally that you can see before sale or spend more.

Absolutely fantastic quality for the price

Easy assemble and looks great for the price. Pity about the hole in the weaving/quality of the main chair but no one can see this.
