INTRODUCTION: We were first worried to purchase this due to some reviews sharing it took hours to assemble. I'm glad we made a choice to purchase because looking at it, it didn't seem as difficult as some shared. I'm so glad we made a choice to purchase. PACKAGING: This came in two boxes. One housed the fireplace itself, the other the unit. It was packed well and when the pieces were removed, they were all protected. Every piece was in perfect condition. No dings, dents, or breakage. It's clear they took time when planning how to box this unit. ASSEMBLY: 2 HOURS. If you lay all your pieces out ahead of time and work with another person, this isn't as difficult as most shared. One was assembling, the other reading and handing off pieces. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. QUALITY: Superior. This fireplace is absolutely gorgeous. The white is a washed wood. Lighting is gorgeous. Hinges open and close smoothly. Glass doors, high quality. LIGHTING: LED lighting with various settings including the option to light the two cabinets on either side along with the fire settings. One remote does it all. USE: The fireplace comes with a remote that is simple to use with various functions. There are so many cool lighting options for the fireplace with lots of fun colors. You also have your heating options. The side cabinet lighting can be coordinated with your fireplace color choices! The side cabinet lighting is an option and easily controlled. We don't have it on, but sometimes we do. SIZE: We purchased the 75". There's so much surface room to display as well as convenient ways to store your cable and wifi equipment. There are plenty of pass through openings for your cables and wires. We have a 75" television mounted over it, so in looking at the photo we shared you can see how it looks. Honestly you can go with an 85" flat screen easily! SUMMARY: This unit is GORGEOUS! They thought of everything when designing and we are over the moon happy with the quality, functionality, and everything in between. It's the focal point of our family room. You would never know this was delivered in two boxes and assembled. It compares to one you would purchase in a high end furniture store. Do not always make a decision based on reviews. Yes, I can understand how some may have had difficulty assembling, but if you're organized before you start, lay everything out and have a great partner to work with, it's actually enjoyable because when you're done and stand back to see it finished...the rewards are unmeasured.

I gave it a 4 star because now that it's together it's super pretty but it was hard to get it to this point. This is not easy to put together partly because of the cheap fake wood they use. We will not be able to move this thing without it breaking. I really expected better quality for how much I paid. The fire place piece is super nice and it has great colors. Also don't follow the instructions on how to put the LEDs ...they tell you to put them on the back of the fire place. You need to feed them through the holes on either cabinet space and stick it to the top for the LEDs to shine on the cabinet space. Not the back of the fireplace. The heat works and only two parts of the wood was damaged in transit. We of course didn't see that until we were half way done so we will live with it. Still disappointed for the quality.

Looks great and works well. Super easy to put together. Every single piece was lettered/numbered and directions were very clear. Took time to get together but well worth it. We will see how long it lasts but so far so good.

This is a beautiful fireplace/entertainment center. It does come in two packages a day or two apart. I did not see the second tracking number, so I contacted the seller and they tracked the package for me and contacted me within a couple of hours. It took me sometime to put it together but it was well worth it!! Instructions are very easy to follow. I'm very pleased with this product.

Purchased for family room. Great quality and easy to assemble good instructions. Very pleased with this product and highly recommend! The fireplace insert is also wonderful.
