I bought this item on the recommendation of my wife’s physiotherapist. First thing I noticed was that the instructions for use are unclear. The leaflet has a link to a YouTube video that is no longer available on that platform. Once the user has fathomed how to set it up, the device is relatively simple to use and my wife reports that she is building up gradually to the advised 15 minute use period.

To get the best angle for me I used a toilet roll as packing. This made the pull a better alignment for my head shape. It was really easy. And worked for me. My knock feels better after a few goes. Thank you.

The first one I ordered broke (flimsy meter bar bent in half) on the 3rd use so they sent out a replacement. Now one of the straps has just come off. This is terrible because I was actually using it and it snapped off from one side and need my neck. Very unhappy with this purchase. It could easily be so much better if it was made better and they used better more robust materials.

It was difficult to set up alone . Help needed

Unfortunately, it broke after just three uses, which was disappointing. Plus, I found it quite tricky and a bit unsafe to handle.
