The ProtoArc BT foldable wireless keyboard is a full size keyboard with numeric key pad. When folded, it is just in the size of a novel book and can be carried in the pouch provide. A tablet stand is included. The keyboard is well made comparable to a laptop grade keyboard. The keys are quiet but just a bit harder to type as compare to a desktop keyboard. Lovely, it can connect to three devices with different BT channels and pair/switch with individual BT button! Other good stuff is you can lock the function keys and access without pressing the "fn" all the time, great design! A one touch key to "lock screen" at the top right corner of the keyboard is a bonus when you walk away for a washroom break. Another one touch keys to access the setting menu and screen shot is a perfect design. There is LED indicator for cap lock but it would be better also have LED indicator for Numlock as well. The keyboard surprisingly come with two years supplier warranty for personal use! Overall, I am happy with the foldable BT wireless keyboard at the price.

I am very pleased with this keyboard, the ProtoArc Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard, XK01. It comes with a nice carry case and folds to be 9" x 5" x 3/4". The unit also comes with a stand to put your phone or tablet which can be adjusted into 4 positions for viewing comfort. The stand fits into a separate compartment on the back of the carry case which makes it very convenient. The keyboard connected instantly on bluetooth to my android tablet and then to a second bluetooth phone. Finally, to test the capability, I then connected it to a Windows machine. I was surprised when I opened it up to learn that it connects to three units simultaneously and you can switch between the units. I decided to try that, and the switching between the different machines was quick and painless. Just hit the button on the upper right side of the keyboard and it instantly connected from one machine to the next. The keyboard is made quite solidly. Though I think the body is plastic, it feels solid and almost metallic. The hinges for folding are made of metal. The keyboard hinges do not "lock" into the flat position, so, this has to be placed onto a flat surface. That is, you cannot put this on your lap for it to hold its flat shape. It is a full keyboard and the key touch is natural and the rebound is solid, but the depth depression on each key is somewhat shallow as is to be expected on such a thin keyboard. The Keyboard comes with a 2 year warranty. The intended audience seems to be English and German, or at least that's what the instruction manual is written in. All in all, I am surprised and the quality and solidness of the product, how quickly it switched between units and the tactile feel of the keyboard. I'm very pleased with it. ************** VINE Notice ************************ Even though I have been given this product as part of a VINE review by Amazon, my reviews are honest and not influenced by receiving the product. Quite frankly, I could buy this if I wanted it, and I am doing these reviews for fun. I am a 65 year old guy and have appreciated the very clear and detailed reviews on Amazon. I started leaving my own and was selected to give these for products that I wanted to look into. But I will call a dog a dog. *************** Explanation of Rating System ************************* My rating system. 5 Stars means that it not only worked well, but had features that I wasn't expecting. That is, it worked beyond expectations. 4 Stars means it did what it said it would do and I found no problems that kept me from liking the product or annoying me to the point of wanting me to do something about it. 3 Stars means that it worked, but it had a problem significantly annoying enough that I decided that it interfered with my enjoyment of the product. 2 Stars is that the product may have barely worked, but there were enough problems that made me desire to either return it or to use it grudgingly because it was pain in the toucus. 1 Star - it simply fails in all respects, and I'll tell you why.

Buen teclado, sin embargo es muy delgado y no resistirá en un uso rudo.

To begin with I really dislike typing on my iPad or iPhone so I relegate any in-depth typing to my MacBook Pro. This is an amazing keyboard and works on my older iPad Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max and my 2018 MacBook Pro. It is very well made and thought out. The one area I noticed exceptional quality was the construction of the hinges. Instead of using simple and traditional hinges this uses a very sophisticated double hinge and slide assembly, made out of metal, not cheap plastic. It is unique in that the hinge can slide left or right as well as fold depending on the position of each side. What this does it it eliminates any potential binding, which over time will cause failure. Another area is the manner in which the keys on the left of the keyboard are split to allow for a bend. There is no vertical line for a clean split like the right side so an empty pocket is positioned to hold and support the appropriate key from the opposing side. (Image) Setting it up was much easier than I first imagined, select a Bluetooth button (BT1, BT2 or BT3) hold it down, and then in the device you wish to control, open your Bluetooth settings and select the device and select pair, nothing more it simply works. Repeat the procedure for each additional device with the other two buttons. Depending upon which device I’m using, all I have to do is select the appropriate Bluetooth (BT) mode button I have set for that device. Since I generally use either my iPhone or iPad along with my MacBook Pro, because it’s set up with a large monitor as a workstation, I may switch back and forth depending upon what I’m working on. That means if I decide to temporarily switch to another device, the keyboard is instantly recognized by the new device (once I hit the appropriate BT button) and ignored by the previous one. Any FN keys are automatic to the new device. Typing is precise, with great tactile feel from the keyboard. (I actually like it better than my Apple keyboard.) The only issue I have with the keyboard is that I’m not used to using a full sized keyboard on any of my device's. I keep hitting the screen shot/capture button which is next to the Backspace key. (I have tons of inadvertent screen shots.) LOL The “Open Latest Window” function is really nice and something I’m not used to using but I will more often. A very nice feature is the “Caps Lock” icon they displays onscreen just below what you’re typing. (Video) Additional Comments Included is also a small stand for your iPhone, which comes in handy if you have a standard case. The numeric keypad is really nice but there would be times I would love to be able to detach it. Charging is fast but I’m not sure how long it will last until I use it awhile. In any event I can leave it plugged in if need be.

I've been using the XK01 by ProtoArc, a device I originally found at a local electronics retailer and wound up buying here on Amazon. But only recently, I started to wonder if there was a backlit option for the XK01. Turns out there is, and this is it. It is EXACTLY the same product as the XK01, but the XK01 Plus has backlighting/illuminated keys. This is a light, folding keyboard that can be paired with switched between up to three Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Charging is done through a USB-C socket on top of the device, and the pilot lamp changes from orange to green when fully charged. Much like the original XK01, battery life is really good, although I imagine use of the backlight will cut into longevity. However, there are three lighting levels (in addition to "off") that you can choose from. All are white lights (so if you're hoping for one of those fancier color-selectable lighting schemes like on a gaming keyboard, this isn't for you). This is a great choice for those times when you have a lot to type or say, and you just don't feel like poking an on-screen keyboard endlessly. It can be used with a smartphone, a tablet, or laptop or desktop computer. It supports all the major OS's - Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS - any unit with Bluetooth on it. As far as the feel of the keys, I liked it. Key travel is far better than a membrane-style keyboard, and key response feels good (not "premium", but decent), with enough springiness. It doesn't make a lot of noise when you type on it, so if you're in a situation where silence is golden, you'll appreciate it. And, unlike many other battery-operated Bluetooth keyboards available, this has full-sized keys, meaning far fewer typing errors. Yes, you may have to adjust to the placement of a few keys here and there, but I don't think you'll find the layout to be a deal-breaker. The package comes with a carry pouch, and a USB-C cable. There is no charger included for it, but you can get one nearly anywhere these days, including here on Amazon. I can't think of a better, portable Bluetooth keyboard that's available right now. I think this is as good as it gets.
