They def work. The first 48 hrs I had the side effect of a weird headache that I’ve never felt before. I read this was normal and it did go away within a few more days. I will say that ever since the first night, I have fallen asleep really fast compared to every night the past several decades. I have such a hard time falling asleep so the fact that I pass out fast shows me it’s def working. Not only that, I stay asleep vs waking up 3-4 times per night like I always have. I subtracted a star because these sheets are anything but soft and shouldn’t be advertised as soft. If they were a better quality cotton and softer they would be 10 stars.

These sheets washed nicely though they are pretty wrinkly. To fix this, I put them on the bed still slightly damp and it smooths them out. They are not overly soft, but I don't mind given the health benefits are more important to me that the softness. I wish they had other style, but this one goes ok with my set so I would buy another set. I've checked the grounding each night and it continues to note the charge after 3 weeks. Is there a plan to offer grounding pillowcases?

I had purchased similar sheets but this one appeared to be made better and it came with a continuity device to ensure it operated as advertised. I love the sleep I am getting and I will say no aches and pains. The ONLY downside it does not fit my sleep number bed perfectly. I almost am considering going to a traditional mattress just to keep the sheet. Either way it fits good enough so if you don’t have a sleep number bed you will be 100% satisfied.

We have used the sheet for about a week now.I had been waking up in the middle of the night frequently and was hoping the sheet would help with that and it has!!I have an Oura ring that monitors my sleep, and even the days I slept less hours, my REM and deep sleep time has increased! Feeling more rested and sleeping more!! Which is exactly what we were going for. Very happy!
