Excellent product for size and health but new and improved item NOT up to par.
I originally found this product in a Natural Foods Supermarket. They don't carry it anymore. I was elated to find it on Amazon. It's a perfect fit in panties and not bulky. I've never gotten an infection with chlorine free pads. They are small enough to wear with thin or tight pants. I highly recommend them. I ordered several boxes. They came in an oversized envelope with 4 boxes slightly crushed. I took them out and organized them in a sturdy container.I began menses with monthly infections in the early 60's. A specialist tested for every possible disease or other cause. 25 years later and after the birth of a second child our local Health Food Co-opbegan selling chlorine free pads. I bought them quite by accident. From that very week I made a connection: Chlorine pools---infection. Chlorine pads----infections.Dioxin is the by- product of Chlorine. Nobody believed me. Now, you younger women must unite and let the public know collectively the dangers of chemicals in pads, diapers, clothing, etc.In November I ordered the product once again. It came in new packaging and labeled: New and Improved. That is NOT correct. You have to tear open the plastic and it comes apart in small pieces. The paper adhesive liner is stuck to the plastic. The liner itself bunches up and doesn't stay straight on the panties. I'm disappointed and although it is chorine free, I'm in the market for another brand. I"m sure there are more brands chlorine free cotton liners. MAXIM: Note: You are loosing customers.

Beware! Manufactured in China!
Product seems to work well. BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT IT IS MADE IN PRC (People's Republic of China). I would not have bought it if I had known that it was made in China. Will use the box that I bought, but will not buy again because I don't trust products made in China. Panty liners made from organic cotton that are manufactured by Organyc and Natracare are manufactured in western countries that have standards as high as (or probably higher than) US standards.

Should've been great, but sorely lacking.
I've usedย Always Xtra Protection With Odor-Lock Extra Long 30 Count (Pack of 2) ย for years and realized that all the fancy, odor-absorbing stuff on top might be irritating my skin. So I decided to try these liners by Maxim. I had high hopes, but I ended up having a rather negative experience. The liners are very thin, which should make them comfortable. But, as others have noted, the adhesive doesn't always work well. This causes the liners to bunch up and often I end up with the adhesive side stuck to my nether regions! If you sit down, stand up, and walk around a lot during the day, these are probably not the liners for you. Also, they are ridiculously short if you're used to longer liners.I do like the fact that they're individually wrapped, though I wish they didn't have to be pink. What is it with feminine hygiene products coming in bright, colorful packaging? What if I don't want to signal to everyone that I have a pad in my hand/purse?

Finally, a liner that is soft enough
I have a cupboard full of at least a dozen brands of unsatisfactory panti-liner. I have tender lady parts and definitely have to use the all-cotton types. Natracare has changed their liners lately, and now they are stiff and uncomfortable. I tried their new Dry & Light liners - ouch! - like sitting on corrugated cardboard. Their Tanga ones are still soft, but don't give enough coverage for most days. I thought brands of pads specially made for LBL might work (Poise/Tena) - but I can't bear whatever fabric that is next to my skin. Then came Maxim. Ah. At last. Soft. I forget I'm wearing them. Some reviewers say they tear apart, but that has not happened for me, but then I don't do vigorous sports.

Wish this were a joke but it isn't
I ordered the 3 pack. It arrived in a box that seemed to be in keeping with what I expected. When I opened it, there was plenty of plastic filler in the box, then, I found 3 tiny little boxes. Each box is about 3" square. Yes, they do have 24 pads in the teeny tiny little boxes. The pads are so mini they look like they are for a little girl. Granted, the product does not cause irritation to the lower part of my body but it didn't do much for my brain to see that this is WAY over priced for what you get.

Grerat product... get the right size!
Maxim, I learned makes different sized panty liners. I LOVE MAXIM Panty Liners because they are hypoallergenid and chlorine free. But I did not know that Maxim made different sized panty liners. I just ordered "Maxim Panty Liners" and I got these. They were not the sized I needed, they are smaller than the first box I received. The one's I wanted were classified as the "CLASSIC MAXIM PANTY LINERS. Next time I order Maxim... I will put in the full title of the one's I want... Maxim Classic Panty Liners. I would have given this product 5 stars if I would have got the Classic Maxims... but I received these instead. WRONG TYPE... so 2 stars. If you want a great panty liner... purchase Maxim... but check out the size and different type of panty liners Maxim makes. I did not, and that was my mistake to think I would have received what I ordered the last time from Amazon. :-( Good product!

Great product if you have allergies.
I have had a problem with chronic "female infections" for a few years. A trip to the allergy doctor revealed that I had several chemical allergies. I decided to stop using popular brands of maxi pads and try Maxim's products. They are GREAT if you have sensitivities to chemicals. I can't speak highly enough of them. Size and protection are perfect for me. Only wish they were cheaper and sold in more locations.
