What do you expect?
Had completely forgotten about this product. Buying this product was the fear that some day my wife is going to stab me in sleep due to my loud snore. However now I can definitely say that she will stab me when I'm awake knowing that I spent money on this product that gives me toothache when I wake up and does nothing about my snore.

Worst!!!!! Don't buy it.
Worst product, I have used this, but no effect on snoring, another problem is, it not getting fit easily in mouth and I felt very uncomfortable while using this. Horrible experience.

Not very helpful, may help mild snorers
Somewhat helpful, may be 20-30% that too on somedays and you decide to bear the uncomfortable feeling of biting onto something whole night. My piece of advise will be don't waste time beating around the bush,get checked by a sleep medicine specialist and use C-PAP if required
