This book is for smart people, not just smart seniors, there are some easy problems to solve and a lot that the average person would not be able to solve.

I’m not a senior but I have terrible short term and long term memory. So I bought this to strengthen my mind and it has been working. Especially the sudoku section. Because of my terrible memory my dream recall has declined severally but after 1 week of playing these games I’m remembering my dreams again!
