Terrible customer service and I returned item
I ordered this several weeks ago and while the unit is heavy, I assembled it per instructions, and the racks installed, would tip when you put any weight on them. I didn’t even bother using the unit and I immediately requested a refund. I packaged it up in the original packaging and sent it back. Then later I kept getting automated messages From the seller/manufacture, to please send photos of why I’m returning it and they could see if they could fix it that way. I clearly stated that the refund/return was already approved and I can’t take any photos. It was in the box and mailed back to them. It has been several weeks now and the refund finally came. I would not recommend buying this.

Item was received earlier than expected. I just received 2 weeks ago. It works well. It also has LED light inside. It heats up quickly with temperature control and light switch. The seller responded quickly and promptly to all correspondences. I recommend.
