I didn’t return this glug jug out to hear the glugs. I returned it because the color didn’t go with my decor. I’ve always wanted one, I’ll order again in a different color.

The jug I received was flawed inside, it had a very sharp piece of ceramic inside on the wall of the fishes neck. The shipper included a postcard to contact them with any problems. The jug would have cut your hand if you washed it, not to mention do you want to consume anything from a jug with a bad ceramic flaw? The shipper suggested 20% off and keep it, why would I keep a jug that was unsafe to me to be used. So I returned to AMAZON and they did the right thing and refunded my money. I gave the shipper the opportunity to do the right thing before giving a bad review but they failed.
