This is a very strong, high-foam shampoo that cleans aggressively and leaves the scalp feeling extremely fresh and tingly. It does a great job removing oil, sweat, and buildup, and my hair feels noticeably lighter and cleaner right after washing. I don't know if I would recommend it for sensitive scalps or daily use, but it works well as a once-a-week “reset” shampoo, especially if you don’t shampoo often like I do. It also smells really nice. I would take the hair regrowth and scalp repair claims with a grain of salt, though. It’s mostly for deep cleaning and a bit of cooling on the scalp, and it does a great job at that.
