This is a great 3 pc set of non stick, rust proof cheesecake pans with removable bottoms. The pans come in three sizes (4”,7”,9”). It also comes with 50 pcs of rounded parchment paper. The pans are made of a lightweight, durable metal. The pans work great and the cakes slide out with no sticking. There’s also no leakage from any of the pans. They’re so easy to use and very easy to clean. This is a great, affordable cake pan set. I love the quality of these cake pans.

As an avid baker, I have been looking for a set of spring-form pans to bake cheesecake and other desserts. I was attracted to this set of pans, because of the variety of sizes. These pans arrived well packaged in bubble wrap. They are easy to clean with soap and water. I will only be handwashing these pans to avoid scratching the non-stick surface in the dishwasher. The two parts of the pan easily fit together and stay together. It is a sturdy pan overall.When baking cheesecake with the 9" pan in a water bath, I found that it was useful to wrap the outside of the pan with tin foil to avoid any chance of the cheesecake dripping onto the bottom of the oven. When I unwrapped the tin foil, I found that a bit of the grease I had used on the pan had leaked into the tin foil, so the pan did leak a little bit. When I released the pan from the base after cooking and chilling the cheesecake, it was easy to remove. When cutting the food on the pan, be sure not to use a metal tool as it may scratch the surface.Overall, I am impressed by this set of pans and look forward to using them to make more sweet treats.

This is a great pan set if you're wanting to make small tiered cakes! The springfoam pans seem to be made very well and the locks close each of them tightly. I would definitely recommend hand washing to keep the nonstick from wearing out.

These are the right size for making tiered cakes or smaller desserts such as cheesecake. I took off one star because the smaller pan has a different and more flimsy locking mechanism and came with a slight dent.

These cake pans are awesome! This was my first time using and purchasing some and I can tell you right now, I'm never going back to making rectangle or square cakes in those typical cake pans. Or maybe those are actually just for casseroles and lasagnas and I've been using them wrong my entire life? Either way, these spring-loaded circular cake pans were sooo easy to use and I loved that it came with the little parchment sheets to go inside because I wouldn't have known to get those. I made a cake this weekend for my son's birthday and things would've been very different without these pans or the sheets. Not catastrophic (hopefully), just different. I like the way the day turned out with his cute layered circle cake that his mommy made. :)
