My first two purchases of these were for a relative whose sun room chairs had little lumbar support. They added so much comfort that an additional pillow was ordered. I bought this to use at home while sitting in a comfortable chair or couch. It helps tremendously with my posture. I like that it’s not too thick so it doesn’t push you right out of your chair. I only gave it a 4 because I wish it had more thoracic support. Otherwise it’s the best I’ve tried

I went on a road trip and this workout great. My lower back always hurts on long trips. But with this my back ain’t hurt and was very comfortable. I recommend it.

This back is very comfortable and helps to relieve some of the stress from long hours in the chair. I alternate using it at times and not using it, but it's very comfortable.

The support on this is great. It is firm yet soft. It definitely provides spinal support. There was no smell even through it came vaccumn sealed, it held a nice shape. The quality is good too I just think it’s way too big for me. I can’t even strap it in.

This is probably my favorite thing I’ve purchased from Amazon. It is so comfortable and supportive. It helps alleviate back discomfort. This is very comfortable and supportive on my lower back. It comes with straps, which I did not notice. They do not reach all the way around the back of my gaming chair. It doesn't bother me but if you're looking for something to hook around so it stays in place better, and you have a gaming chair (which is wider), look elsewhere. Otherwise, very comfortable and the right height to be helpful.

This back pillow is very good and definitely helps with my sore back. I use it in the car while driving; it's comfortable and the memory foam conforms to the curves of my back. It seems to be very well made with quality materials. It has 2 adjustable straps which help to attach it to a chair or car seat. So far, I am very happy with this purchase.

Noticed that the differences of your product is the temperature control (when weather is cold, will be firmer. when weather is warmth, will be softer according to your product specification) and the material. The cover of the lumbar support pillow is easy to maintain, breathable material in the middle section covering large part of the back area; and the side of the lumbar pillow is using velvet which looks elegant. Quite firm in supporting the back area but not hard like a solid rock which is important.
