I loved when this was available in single packets. If you hate taking large pills, this is a great alternative. It’s tasteless and dissolves in water easily, but the loose power is so messy, I feel like I’m not getting good value with the jar since some of it ends up on my hands from the scoop or on the countertop. Bring back the single packets!!

I put a scoop of this in my matcha latte every morning. It is completely tasteless (if anything, it leans EVER so slightly sweet which is just because inositol is, by definition, a sugar - but it isn't enough to actually sweeten a drink or anything, it's extremely subtle) and dissolves instantly. I appreciate that it includes folate; I tend to reach for inositol and forget about folate, so this is perfect for me. Comes with a scoop (you might have to dig for it) for perfect portioning. You could mix this in your coffee, too, or even in water, though it dissolves better/faster in hot water so keep that in mind (you could just dissolve in a little bit of hot water and then add cold if that's your preference).Maintains the 40:1 inositol ratio and I haven't noticed any difference since switching from my previous brand to this one, which is a good thing! Very happy overall.

I’ve started using this PCOS supplement, and while it’s too early to see significant results, it seems to be helping so far. The combination of Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, and active folate is impressive, and I feel confident in the quality of the ingredients.The powder is easy to mix and take daily, and I like that it’s designed to support fertility, hormonal balance, and overall PCOS management. I ordered this product to use for ovarian health. No matter how old a woman gets she still needs to make sure she gets what she needs to keep these organs healthy. I was able to confirm the company is in Canada but I couldn’t find any information as far as testing and certification. The product does have a safety seal. It is a power form that you mix with your favorite drink. It doesn’t have a taste and doesn’t change the flavor or texture of your drink. I prefer capsules, so you can purchase empty vegetable capsules and fill them. I do this from time to time. I didn’t notice a difference while taking this supplement. I have taken different brands in the past and typically you can feel a difference. With only using this for a little over a month I am in the fence about it.

It's hard to tell how it really effects you until you've used it awhile. But initially it tastes fine and is easy to add to my diet. The ingredients are good and a great addition for those who need it.

I finished this quite quickly unfortunately. It was well worth it and definitely great impact on me. I mixed it with my morning pre workout and didn't taste any difference. Definitely helped me monthly too.

It dissolves easily and quickly in liquid. I put it in some almond milk, and it dissolved within seconds. I didn’t detect any flavor to the powder. I much prefer this to a pill that I have to swallow. It is easy to mix into a smoothie, or a drink, and not have to taste it. The dissolved powder also did not alter the texture of the beverage at all.This supplement comes in a plastic resealable container. It had an inner safety seal that was quite securely attached underneath the lid. The lid screws back on easily. There is a dosing scoop inside of the container. I do think the dosing scoop is too big. The product ad says that this is 60 servings, but just from eyeballing it, I don’t think you would get 60 servings if you use the included dosing scoop.One serving contains 2000 mg myo-inositol, 200 mcg folate, and 50 mg D-chiro-inositol.
