Source Naturals Phyto-Estrogen Cream, Paraben-Free - 4 oz Cream

I am 42 and feel peri-menopausal even though my periods are regular (coming 3-4 days earlier since I turned 40). I have felt my symptoms of estrogen deficiency increase since 40. A year ago, even 1/8 of teaspoon of this cream felt slightly more than enough--I'd feel a sort of rush and a tingle in my nipples, which was scary to me. In my opinion, this cream works better than estriol at physical and emotional symptoms and at plumping up skin.

I think I'd definitely have to give this cream some credit... After only using it twice a day, usually massaging it on my chest and my neck area once in the morning and once before bedtime, for only 4 days, I've felt a significant decrease in my irritability... I have high hopes for more positive results as I continue to use this product as directed... Please note that results may vary with each person, a slight notable improvement within a short period of time may not apply to everyone, but a promise of some significant benefits in long term use can be highly anticipated.A bonus surprise of course is its pleasant smell that is light and feminine... The consistency of the product is a nice in between, not too thick for a cream but not watered down to be a lotion... All in all, I give this product a "go ahead and get one". Whether to help increase your estrogen levels or to help ease the symptoms associated with menopause. For the price, it is definitely worth trying, which I am sure will be worth your money. It has been recommended for use with the Progesterone Cream by the same manufacturer, may be trying that very soon...Will definitely purchase again.

I am in my mid 40's and was thrust into menopause by surgery. The dr. had put me on a couple of estrogen tablets that continued to make me sick. Until I found this product Vitamin E helped with the hot flashes. In the past few weeks that I've been using this the moisture is slowly returning to my skin and I'm also sleeping better. The night sweats have just about diminished. I am also using the Progesterone cream every other night. My system is sensitive and I can't usually go by the doses that they suggest. I am a middle age stroke survivor and I noticed that when I rubbed the cream into my neck or wrists I would get nausea real bad. Which is one of the side effects I deal with daily because of the stroke. When I started applying it to my thigh I got all the benefits of the cream without the side effects. I've had hot flashes & sweats that have gotten progressively worse over the last 5 years....I tried the name brand & generic pills, vitamins and another cream, but my sweats only increased...I almost gave up on finding relief. I found this cream, ordered it - received it 4 short days ago. It has worked immediately! No more sweats! Once in a while, I feel the heat start, and then its just gone...sometimes, I just feel a little warm and think its time to check the thermostat to turn on the AC and find that I probably should be cold. My doctor suggested an estrogen cream form aging pelvic floor. The prescription brand is $300.00 a small tube and beyond my ability to purchase.After checking online I selected this Photo Estrogen cream as a possible substitute for Premarin Vaginal Cream.It isn't. I does absolutely nothing for me..I now am using it as a hand lotion and while it's not especially a good hand lotion, it is at least better than just tossing it out.The blurb online suggests it's effective for menopausal symptoms but I used Emerta Progesterone cream for that..it combated hot flashes perfectly.Basically this is a fairly useless scam targeting women who need actual conjugated estrogens in Premarin. I ended up buying from India.Very disappointed.
