Really good quality and easy to take. I’ve been low in iron for a while and started taking 2 tablespoons every morning. After 3 weeks, I can already feel a difference—more energy and generally feeling better. Still taking it daily as my levels were very low, but it’s definitely helping.

The only iron I have been able to take consistently! If you’re a sensitive soul like me, this does not cause stomach pain or nausea on an empty stomach. Take with vitamin c to help it absorb. I’m finally raising my iron and Hb levels after 10 years of being stuck due to side effects.

After first (very difficult) open, I’ve not been able to open it again. The cap is terribly made!!

Maybe it works for anemia but it is definitely causing respiratory issue for people with asthma problem. It contains potassium sorbate which is not mentioned in description or displayed photo but it is on a bottle I received!

This stained my mouth and teeth grey after only one dose mixed with water, as per the instructions. Had to return it.

This iron product is very good, i just started taking it like 2 weeks now and i noticed of a good sleep.i will have to take for a month to tell you all how it went..the taste is okay as well..👍
