One Star because the ítem seems beautifuly made but the chrystals are few, ugly and the mirror efect too busy

The glass that gets the light in is minimal and around the outside of the bottom that you twist. It isn't vibrant unless I'm standing next to the window or a light source. Other than that, very cool and classy. I'd imagine the grandkids will think it's quite special someday.

The presentation upon receiving the package was great everything was bubble wrapped and packed nicely like they care about what they are doing. It was on the pricey side and I definitely bought it for the mixed nostalgic gift giving at Christmas to my son who has so many techy things that this may not be fully appreciated till later in life but the weight of the product felt good I liked how heavy it was - I wish it had multiple different layers to turn but only has one - it's definitely about the wonder of it - brings me back to when I was a kid looking through the kaleidoscope pretty frequently but it was made of smooth durable cardboards never a metal legit telescope treasure hunting pirate imagination land. Probably purchased this more for myself than my kid LOL

Pretty embossed on the out side. One of the most beautiful kaleidoscope I own.

What am I supposed to do with this in pieces??? I tried emailing but did not get a response-

I needed a deluxe Scope for a gift for my mother who had always wanted one as a child. I found this to be well made. The brass etching and metal feal heavy and of high quality. The oil filed end with different pieces inside is pretty to look at even from The outside. The optics inside are amazing. Not like something a kid would get made of cardboard. My only down side to this is I believe it should have come with a storage box to keep it in as well as the display piece. I would have payed a bit more for that. I had to make my own box from hobby lobby and some foam/ satin as pictured.
