Didn't work
Put seed down and watered regularly and after two weeks Nothing. It's possible I have a soil issue. But HOA will have to test for that.

Failed to germinate.
We purchased this for our St. Petersburg, Florida lawn. Sadly none of the seeds germinated despite daily watering. A waste of money.
