The wood is split
It’s comfortable and I like how you can tilt it back, however the wood came split apart out of the box and we have to use cushions so it stops scraping our back and splintering into our backs. I bought this as a christmas gift for my parents as their old metal swing was falling apart but when they opened it up imagine their face when it was broken out of the box, I’m not very happy about that as this was an expensive swingUPDATE: the company sent me a new back piece and a partial refund with no hassle. This company is what most companies used to be and I love it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new swing.
