Good for releasing tension especially for your back. Sturdy as-well, I’m just shy of 105kg and it doesn’t crease under the pressure! Nice, compact and light too.

I wasnt sure about buying this - I've had a neck hump for ages and constantly researching how to get rid of it but lately I've had insane neck and shoulder pain and tightness, I can't sit up straight or stretch my arms back without pain and tightness anymore so I finally bought this to try it - from only using it for 5 minutes for the first time ever my pain was completely gone when I sat up, my neck and shoulders feel the most loose and pain free they have felt in years, and that's only 5 minutes! So glad I bought it, couldn't recommend it enough. I will say though it's quite firm and hard so go easy!
