Anyone who owns a bissell spot machine know the frustrations of the stiff hose. Ours cracked near the brush attachment just many others do. It’s almost impossible to wrap the hose because it’s so stiff. I thought i’d give this a try, and i’m glad I did. It’s so flexible! Trust me and watch the youtube video and within 20 mins you’ll be very happy with this replacement hose. It’s worth every penny!

Perfect fit and doesn't leak. Seems like a better material than the stock hose, it's nice that it's black so you don't see all the junk you're cleaning up. Installation was a bit wonky, but that's mostly because I didn't watch a video. Do yourself a favor and find and watch one.

this is better than the original hose. way more flexible! fits perfectly. taking apart the cleaner in order to replace is quite a puzzle, but there are youtube videos that gives you all the details. the price is high for what it is, but a lot cheaper than buying a new cleaner.

Thought our Little Green Cleaning Machine was a goner, found this replacement hose here and took a chance. Install was not easy, but very doable for someone handy around the house. Replacement house seems more flexible and durable than OEM hose.

Fit perfect

I've replaced the hose on my BISSELL SpotClean Professional Portable Carpet Cleaner (3624) once before with the OEM option. The OEM design is terrible, it's too stiff and there is no swivel at the end so that all the torque you put on the hose wrapping it up and using it to clean ends up breaking the hose right by the cleaning attachment. It eventually happens to every one of these units and always at the same place. This redesigned replacement hose *seems* to have figured out a better design. First, the material is more pliable so therefore much less likely to crack from repeated wrapping and unwrapping with use. Second, they have built in a swivel right at the end so that you can actually twist the cleaning attachment instead of just torquing on the hose. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than the prior 2 OEM ones I've used (each of them lasted about 2-3 years before breaking).

Thinner but much more flexible than the OEM hose it replaced. I found a YouTube video on how to replace the hose, making it a breeze. Length is good, making it a bit easier to wrap and store the hose on the unit.
