The Sufferer's Song
If you suffer from hay fever you'll know the struggle to find something suitable to treat your symptoms. While these tablets have a slightly different active ingredient to other similar over-the-counter tablets, I see no difference in their use or relief ability.

look on amazon for alternatives
Cetirizine is my antihistamine of choice as it is long acting and non-sedative. There are others out there that are also non-sedating (some may be a less sedating than cetirizine) but they all have comparable efficacy. The product licence holders name address and PL number is printed on the packact The expiry date is 02/27Unfortunately (like so many other pharmaceuticals produced) these cetirizine tablets contain titanium dioxide. The EU plans to ban E171 as a food additive, possibly in 2025 due to concerns about Ti nanoparticles and is investigating a pharmaceutical ban. TiO2 is not a useful ingredient - its just a white colourant - and if there are health concerns - why have it? The supplement industry largely has got rid of it. Well we will wait and see.At a price of £4.00 this is not the lowest price available on Amazon.

works
I mean they are hay fever tablets, they seem to work just as well as the cheap ones you can get in your local supermarket.

Seem to work OK but maybe not as good as a preferred brand I can’t get anymore
I first got these Crescent branded hay fever tablets in May 2023 as a replacement for a brand from Bristol pharmaceuticals called Allacan. I took the Allacan ones every summer for years and was very happy with them but they seem to have been discontinued. This brand has a slightly different formulation (Cetirizine Dihydrochloride) compared to the Allacan (Cetirizine Hydrochloride). From what little I know of chemistry; this shouldn’t make a difference... Anyways, This brand does the job reasonably well and only fails to protect fully when Pollen is really high.As with many of the Cetirizine offerings on the market, this item is significantly cheaper if you buy multiples. If you buy 12x30-tab packs, they’re less than a third the price of a single 30-tab pack...Pros 👍:✔️ Reasonable Value, especially at higher multiples✔️ Reasonably effective✔️ Quite long expiry date (Feb 2027 expiry date at time of review – Sept 2024)Cons👎:❌ Maybe not as effective as other brands/formulationsIn Summary, an inexpensive, quite effective treatment for Hay fever, dust allergy etc.

Professionally packaged, no issues
This is a review of "Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 10mg Film-Coated Tablets, One a Day Hay Fever and Allergy Relief (1)"30 tablets for four quid (at time of review) is reasonable value - probably about the same or even slightly cheaper than buying in the supermarket.Professionally packaged, no issues.

30 day Supply of Cetirizine
If you suffer from allergies or hayfever I would suggest you seek medical advice on what is good for you or speak to a pharmacistOn advice we have used Cetirizine tablets in our household as we find them to be effective for us. These tablets are supplied in two blister packs of 15 tablets, they are small sized tablets so they’re really easy to take and they had a long expiry date of 02/2027 which is always great as you don’t know when you need them or for how long.At £3.99 for a single packet, these tablets are quite expensive and cheaper options are available, but it depends if you need a lot or a few. If you opt to buy them in larger quantities they offer better value so this is worth considering.

Cetirizine tablets
We always use Cetirizine tablets in our house and the ones we actually already have are by Crescent so these must be the same, just slightly more plainer packaging. This is only 1 box of 30 tablets and they're very overpriced. Currently for the same price I can get 6 months worth for the same tablets on Amazon, so definitely worth price checking.Otherwise I've been taking one of these as per usual and they work well.
