These were installed on common 6-panel solid-core swing doors as large as 30x80 and worked very well. The stop moulding has to be cutout where these are mounted. The throw on these is very long and works fine on an 1-3/8" thick door. The magnets are plenty strong.

The media could not be loaded. This product works great for my closet doors. The first door que installed it so easy, but the second door it was a little harder. We placed it a little more inside than the other and the door wouldn’t open just as shown on other reviews, thankfully we used the glue-stickers provided so we were able to adjust the position by moving it forward a bit and started working properly!So my suggestion is glue it first and try it pushing it to open and close, if door doesn’t open just readjust position of the pop-up lock and once it sticks out the sufficient amount it would work just perfectly!Best purchase ever

I had to shim the side of my kitchen cabinet in order to install this heavy duty magnetic latch for my built-in trash bin. That was the hardest thing about this project. After that it was a breeze, and works like a charm now. Before the door did not have a latch on it and would slide out slightly, sometimes getting in the way. The only way to keep it closed prior to installing this latch was to shut it very gingerly and hold it for s second , and even then it usually would slide open. That's all fixed now.

These are excellent hidden door/drawer latches that are a step above the basic ones available. They boast stronger magnets and springs than most to hold larger drawers and doors in place and to pop them out when you need access. They are also quite attractive and include all the mounting hardware for installation, including double-sided adhesive pads to help position the latches and strike plates for final adjustment and screwing.I was doubtful these would work for my project - 8 very LARGE and heavy storage drawers I built under our stairwell, each designed to hold 50-60 lbs. They easily hold and pop-out even the largest and heaviest of these drawers with ease. The result is a gorgeous wood-paneled wall where you don't even know the drawers are there until you tap them and they smoothly pop-out.I'd rate these a best-buy and excellent overall.

Purchased. The quality is what it is for the price, not bad, no top. I received a returned order, where the latch plate had super glue on it from the previous buyer, and depressions where they had mounted the latch. If I'm getting a cheap item, I expect something new. Amazon is turning into a shady eBay/Etsy equivalent.

The product was excellent, quality wise, heavy-duty and works perfectly for my flush door.
