I’ve had this product for a week now and love it. The app is a very helpful reminder for filling the tank and changing the filters. It sends you notifications around 900ml remaining giving you plenty of time to refill prior to the pump running dry. The device is also smart enough to turn off when the water fountain is empty so that should prevent it from running dry as well. I have three dogs and a cat and I have gone through more pet water fountains than I can count, but this one seems like a winner. I love that you can remove the tank from the base as it makes it so much easier to clean and refill. It’s also very nice that you can purchase a pump separately. In my experience this is usually the first component to brake so it will be nice to have the option to purchase a pump separately rather than replacing the whole fountain (that is, if I ever need to replace it). The fountain is quite enough and for people that find it too loud, there is a night time option you can put the fountain into that turns off the sound but still has water in the bowl for your pet. I can’t speak to its durability as I have only had it for a week but it seems like a solid product. I purchase three in total for various areas of my home so I will report back with issues!

This cat water fountain has been a really positive addition to our home. I appreciate how it connects right up with my existing smart home setup using the Tuya app, which makes managing it super convenient. I particularly love getting those notifications on my phone when the water level is getting low, so I know exactly when it's time for a refill without having to constantly check.My favorite feature, though, has to be how quiet the pump is – you genuinely barely hear it running, which is a big plus for a peaceful home environment. Cleaning is also straightforward, which is always a bonus with pet products. Just a heads-up, since it measures water by weighing the container, you'll want to make sure you put it on a nice, flat, solid surface to get accurate readings. Overall, it's a very well-designed and convenient fountain.

Waste of money as the fountain these fit quit working and stopped pumping after less than 2 months. New pump didn't resolve issue now I have a years worth of filters and no fountain and no money back on filters because it's been more than 30 days! Beware if you buy the fountain it won't last and is a waste of money on garbage product!

I use this for my dog who prefers a fountain over a bowl. I like that it reminds me to clean and refill it and I can check water levels from anywhere. (I recently texted my family while I was on a work trip when I saw the water was low!) It looks nice and it's quiet. The only down side is if it gets bumped it may shut off and if has to be on a firm surface so it will not work if you need to place it on carpet or a mat/towel. I had to place a towel in front of it instead of under to catch should from my messy dog.

It works perfectly I did have trouble trying to get the water to come out but then I realized I just need to make sure it was properly put on the plate. I guess it wasn’t for any leakage but the most important thing for the water to pump out after securing the bowl and plate correctly the water started pouring out kinda cool and the light turned blue. I suggest making sure it’s on a hard surface and that it’s properly inserted to the plate try different positions to get it to work it’s really easy to put together if it’s not pumping water then it’s likely that you didn’t put the bowl in right I noticed because it wasn’t straight and the water was tilted to one side slightly not noticeable which made me think it was the pump but it was just the plate I guess it’s like a magnet charger for the pump pretty dope highly recommend.

If you are someone with cats who love drinking out of the faucet or put their paws in the water constantly this is definitely a worthy buy! Holds a ton of water with the app letting you know when its time for a refill and setting it up is super easy. Directions are simple and everything slides into place! It also has a shallow dish so if you have some still water drinkers (like i do) its perfect for them as well. Personally I have it on night mode to save energy which will detect when someone is drinking to then turn on the faucet but you have to option to leave it running. Its super quiet so even if you do you wont notice! 100% worth it for me!

It works. Sometimes its runs quietly, sometimes it doesn't, but i suspect thats becuse my curious kitty is messing with it. The app used for the fountain is the smart home app which I am a huge fan of this app and it certainly doesn't disappoint in this case. it is a pain the butt to get this fountain to sit on its base properly. I literally dread having to clean and fill the fountain because I know I'm going to waste 5 minutes on my life trying to fit it back on the base. Because of the way the base is designed, the fountain has to sit on the base in a very specific way in order for the base and the motor to connect. its annoying and definitely a design flaw. But the seller did reach out to me and gave me some suggestion for getting it to sit on the base, and they helped.
